2. What we collect & hosting

This is a static brochure website hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, technically necessary server logs (shortened IP address, time, page requested, browser type) are processed to keep the site secure and stable. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). Vercel may process this data on servers outside the UK; transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.

3. Cookies & consent

We set only one technically necessary item ourselves (your cookie choice, stored in your browser’s localStorage). Non-essential services (Google Maps) load only after your explicit consent. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to withdraw consent.

4. Contacting us

If you phone or email us, we use the details you provide solely to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) / (f) UK GDPR). We take walk-in customers only — there is no online booking or payment on this site.
